We offer a carpool service, with departures available even for a single passenger. The vehicle type will depend on the total number of passengers. A larger vehicle will generally be arranged for groups of four passengers, while a smaller vehicle may be used for groups of three or fewer.

Important Remarks & Booking Terms

• Payment Before Departure: Full payment must be made before departure. Cash, Alipay, QR payment, Visa and Mastercard are accepted on board, where applicable. Please ensure payment arrangements are confirmed before your trip.
• Fixed Departure Times: The departure time from Kuala Lumpur is 1:00 AM, and the return departure time from Genting SkyWorlds is 5:00 AM. This service is available for same-day trips only.
• One-Way and Return Fares: Both one-way and return trips cost RM100 per person. No discount is offered for one-way trips.
• Same Pick-Up and Drop-Off Point: Passengers must be picked up and dropped off at the same designated location. Please confirm your pick-up and drop-off point when booking.
• Late Return Arrangements: Passengers who need to stay beyond 5:00 AM must arrange their own transportation. No additional return transfer will be provided after the scheduled departure time.
• Carpool Service: This is a shared-ride service. The vehicle type depends on the number of passengers and operational arrangements. Passengers may share the vehicle with other customers.
• Identification Required: All passengers must upload a valid passport or Malaysian IC during booking. Bookings without valid identification documents will not be accepted.
• Please Arrive on Time: Passengers are advised to arrive at the designated pick-up point before the scheduled departure time to avoid missing the transfer.
